Will my card automatically charge for my vip membership?
Yes! Unless membership is cancelled or an invalid card is on file, you will receive an automatic, monthly membership charge.
IS MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION SECURE?
Yes! WE HAVE A SAFE ENCRYPTED PLATFORM THAT STORES ALL PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURELY. PAYMENT INFORMATION ENTERED AT TIME OF PURCHASE IS NOT FULLY DISCLOSED FOR OUR VIEWING.
Can I transfer any unused appointments?
No! Appointments are not transferable.
Can I reschedule my vip appointments?
Yes! However, VIP appointments can only be rescheduled within the current payment cycle unless otherwise specified by stylist.
Can I Schedule an appointment without becoming a VIP?
Yes! However, NON VIP MEMBERS WILL BE CHARGED A NON-MEMBER PRICE.
ARE HAIR EXTENSION, COLOR, & SMOOTHING TREATMENT SERVICES INCLUDED IN MY VIP MEMBERSHIP?
NO! HAIR EXTENSION, COLOR, AND SMOOTHING TREATMENT SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE VIP MEMBERSHIP BUT ITS MAINTENANCE SERVICES ARE.
AS A VIP WILL I BE CHARGED A LATE CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW FEE?
NO! ALTHOUGH WE ENCOURAGE CANCELLATION WITNIN 24 HRS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE WILL NOT CHARGE VIP MEMBERS A LATE CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW FEE DUE TO MEMBERSHIP FEES BEING NON REFUNDABLE.
Can I add or book services not included in my membership?
Yes! However, services not included in membership can be add or booked Separately but will be charged at an a la carTE price.
How do I cancel my membership?
All memberships can be cancelled by visiting your “My subscription’ page located within the Wix app.
How long after I cancel my membership can I re-enroll as a member?
Enrollment for membership after a cancelation can resume 90 days after the end of the last pay circle.

How much hair do I need?
A full installation of Virgin Human Hair, would need approximately 8 to 10 ounces of hair. We recommend buying 2-3 bundles of hair for lengths 12” to 18”. We recommend 3-4 bundles for lengths 20″or longer. Each bundle weighs 2 ounces. Keep in mind that since the hair is sold by total weight the rule is: “The longer the hair, the shorter the weft.”
Can I color this hair?
You can color the hair, however once Virgin Hair is treated in any way, it is no longer considered virgin. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized. Color treatments performed by a licensed professional recommended for best results.
How long does this hair last?
This hair can last for a long time, the better you take care of it the longer you can have it and reuse. Our clients generally use the hair up to 12 months.
Can I make changes to my order?

Maintenance Instructions for ALL textures
Shampoo at least once every two weeks.
Use a shampoo that is SULFATE FREE
Do NOT massage
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up you scalp
Let air dry
Use styling products minimally to avoid build up
For Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle of water for natural look
For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water
AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT
Dampen hair with a water bottle
Comb through (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp
Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls
Let air dry or under dome dryer
