To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 24 of your appointment. Please note that late cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee if submitted less that 24 hours and “No Call No Shows” will incur a 100% fee; payments must be remitted before rescheduling.
If you hold a reoccurring appointment, you will be invoiced for any and all late cancellations and No Call No Show appointments. All invoices MUST be paid before your next appointment to avoid cancellation of future accommodations.

Each client will receive a 15 minute window for arrival. If a client does not arrive within the allotted window, your stylist has the right to cancel to prevent delays. Arrivals 30 minutes after scheduled start time, will be considered a NO SHOW and will be held to previously stated obligations of payment.
