Cancellation Policy

CLIENTS WITHOUT A VIP MEMBERSHIP

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 24 of your appointment. Please note that late cancellations AND “NO SHOWS” will incur a 50% cancellation fee if submitted less that 24 HRS. THIS FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR PREPAID CHARGE. REMAINING BALANCE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BUT CAN BE USED TOWARDS YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT.

VIP MEMBER WILL NOT INCUR LATE CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW CHARGES DUE TO MONTHLY, NON-REFUNDABLE MEMBERSHIP CHARGES.

Each client will receive a 15 minute window for arrival. If a client does not arrive within the allotted window, your stylist has the right to cancel to prevent delays. Arrivals 30 minutes after scheduled start time, will be considered a NO SHOW and will be held to previously stated obligations of payment.
